Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Gulf Oud through our website.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date the order is placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping via Royal Mail 48 Tracked on all orders.

Any additional shipping options (if available) will be displayed at checkout.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website.


Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

Gulf Oud is responsible for your order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, Gulf Oud is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or safe areas around your property.

If Royal Mail officially declares the package lost, please contact us at info@gulfoud.co.uk. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that outcomes depend on Royal Mail’s investigation and timelines.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Royal Mail directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped:

  • We cannot retrieve or redirect the package

  • You will be responsible for the cost of re‑shipping once (and if) the package is returned to us

  • If the package is not returned, we cannot issue a refund
